Focus 2012 annoying noise

I have been hoping for the last 4 months that my dealer would have find my issue... my car is now at my dealer for the 1 year 24 000 km maintenance, and I asked them to investigate on my problem...
here it is: I have a 2012 ford focus, sedan, standard 5 spd
Everytime I release the klutch, I hear this damn " clunk " noise.
I noticed that this noise can be heard at low speeds goin for gear 1 to 2 and from 2 to 3... It is also possible the hear it when down shifting and hitting gas...
Also, this noise is constant if I stay in first gear, start going forward a little and repetitively pushing and releasing the klutch pedal.
Annoying !!!! the sound can be heard from the exterior of the vehicle !
hope I can have some help here !

Had a call from my dealer, telling me that they didn't find anything wrong, except for a noise that is coming out of the cv axle.
They said that noise was perfectly normal and they don't want to investigate. My opinion: that noise is new (about 4 months), is more then annoying (making me wanna get rid of my car) and isn't normal at all.

Please help me out there.. what can I do ?

Update:
went to my dealership and told them again about my problem, they sent me a technician to make a road test with me and my car... he heard the problem, but said he is pretty sure that's a normal sound... I asked him to try a brand new focus 2013, standard, and we went on a road test with a new focus. Result: i couldn't hear that annoying noise on that brand new car.
The technician told me that if he would put 20 000 km on this brand new car, he'll be pretty sure it would make the same noise...
Telling me this is a normal noise ? that amplify with age ? this isn't normal at all in my idea !

Update:
almost a year later, dealership found problem concerning the front suspension of my car...
The "clunk" sound came from de link-kit that had to be changed, they also replaced the bushing of the tabs on both sides

I went back to dealership, still had problem though...
They are replacing the two front shock and top plate of the front suspension...

By chance everything is under warranty
thanks

Top plates were the problem for "clok clok noise"
Tables were the problem for a "old mattress" noise.
Everything is fixed now... but starting to hear back the "clok clok" after 5 months without...
