motor swap questions

My grandparents drive a 2006 ZX4 which has recently been totaled when they got hit. Their motor and transmission are still in great shape with only 60k on them.

My question is will the 06 20D swap into a 00-05 body and just bolt right up or are the 00-05 mounts and stuff different?

If anyone could answer my question it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If the 00-04 car came equipped with a D20 and a MTX it should swap straight in. If it came with zetec/spi it will be a PITA to swap everything over.

EDIT: D23. However I don't know why you'd want to swap a smaller motor.

An 05 with MTX will swap straight in.
