Got mine fixed by the dealer. Yay!. I can post a pic if anyone wants it but basically this is what they put on my paper work:

11098 Verified concern performed hard reset still present self test no DTCS performed PPT R R6 YES before APIM Replacement Reprogrammed to Latest Calibration using full flash method retested verified repair concern no longer present.

Yeah you'd think they'd heard of a coma or a period. lol

Also my outside temp still shows up on the main screen. I did lose my wallpaper though but no biggie.

It appears they replaced your APIM. Can you please post a copy of your paperwork? I'd like to send it to my dealer. Did you report other issues with MFT to your dealer? Trying to find out what it'd take to fix mine. They're stuck on doing a rollback to 3.0.2.

No update for me on SMR? On a separate note, does anyone know if the update has fixed the disappearing "breadcrumbs" on the map? After 3.02, I emailed the SMR team, who responded, that they were aware of the problem, and that it would be fixed in the next release.

I am happy to report that my Dealer was able to restore climate control functionality and they did it without wiping out cell phone profiles or presets.

The dealer also took care of a couple of maintenance items while they were at it and even comped me a loaner vehicle for the day so it was first class service all the way around.

If you have the CC problem after applying v3.2.2 from the SMR web site take it to your dealer because it can be fixed with an APIM update and the Ford mothership will instruct them on how to do it if they don't know how. If they tell you otherwise find another dealer because they're either lazy or just plain full of crap.

At this point MFT is working fine and has been since with the exception of the CC issue which is now fixed. As the saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it", so I am not going to bother with future updates unless there's a compelling reason; at which I'll let the dealer do it during a routine maintenance visit.

Any chance you can post a copy of or let us know what was on your work order? I'm trying to educate my dealer.

I'll post a pic of my paperwork when I get into this office later this AM. I don't think they replaced the APIM though. All of my presets were still there, My sound settings as well. Unless that info is held in memory outside the APIM. The only thing I had to reset was create a Nav route so it would show the street I was on in the upper right corner of the home screen, and turn on a couple options I like with the backup camera, plus adding my phone back in to the BT.

I've posted this here before, but it should be noted...

The 3.2.2 update that my dealership installed on my car broke the Bluetooth MAP feature. It was working beautifully on 3.0.2, now it does nothing.
