Yeah I'd like to find out what they're doing as well to fix the lost climate function and still retain 3.22. I don't understand why SMK / Ford seems fine with providing an update that breaks our stuff but tight lipped when it comes to details about how to fix it ourselves. I"m sick of being told I have to take my car to the dealer. Do you know how many times my car has been to the dealer since I bought it? Way too many times for a new car!

Hopefully you mean lower right(if you're facing it).

Can you check in your MFT to see what version is installed? Press "gears" in bottom middle, then Help, Then system information. It'll say mid-way down something to the effect of CCPU S/W version 4.28.12156(or hopefully a number greater than that.)

Is there a reason I cannot find where to download 3.2.2? I am at syncmyride.com. I click on Sync Updates. I am showing that I have "Sync VersionGen2 - V3.0.2" but do not see anywhere to download 3.2.2.

Any help?

It was taken off the site a while ago once Ford got wind that it had flaws for many downloaders.

Mine also shows Sync VersionGen2 - V3.0.2 and when I download SYNC Status Checker Tool and run in in the car, it does some sort of install, but when I bring it back to my computer to verify the download, it's not able to verify. Anyone else is running into the same situation?
