Lunch Box Deletion

Hey guys I just made this account because I've been inactitve on these forums for some years and cannot remember for the life of me my user/email. But anyways I finally did the lunch box deletion and mine sounds nothing like any of the soundclips I've listen to on these forums..... I have stock muffle and a HFC, along with waynes tune from hypnotic not sure if that makes a diffrence. I'm not sure if its the one cat but I'm sure others with HFC done the removal of the resonator. I guess I'm just woundering if anyone else had had this exp them self?

So friend drove car to see how it sounds we're riving he got pulled over officer asked if we knew why we did, we said no he laughed and said the exhaust is to loud? 2-3k rpms is, I pointed out to his that it was stock exhaust he kept saying my resonator was my muffler... I pointed out that it was not, he was a cool guy he let us go we talked a while I asked him what I should do and he poltily said he had no clue..... My Exhaust is legal in the state of VA. He left us off without a warning or ticket he just said he doesnt know and it was loud

Sorry to hijack the thread op but since we are on the exhaust topic lol :). What about removing the first resonator. i have a orp pipe with a borla xrs muffler. Its sound pretty deep and throaty once I get on it but want it a bit louder. Would removing the first longish resonator do the trick guys???

It does sound good I like it but it, I feel bad early in the morning driving my back roads to work so I try to keep it above 3k. But yeah when it gets down it gets down, it makes me feel like I'm going alot faster =P. And to the other person I'm not sure? You said about removing the first resonator bc you got a orp and borla exhUST but do you still have the 2nd resonator? Bc I just got a HFC and your ORP is ovbiously louder

Nope I do not have the second resonator the borla xrs muffler is a little bit further up. Now I know this muffler is one of quietest out there and is really good at sound deadening. Any ideas on what removing first resonator would do. I dont want it to be louder and alot raspier looking for it to be louder but still maintain the deep tone. You think I should be ok??

I did the resonator delete on my auto. 05 zx5 exhaust. when I pull in 2nd gear (45km/h to 90km/h) it does a loud deep sound^^ when I see a police car, I release the gaz pedal lol^^ It's legal but don't want any shitty trouble because even if it's stock, cops don't like that like you said.

I love the sound of my exhaust + steeda sri at 4.5K rpm :P
