2.3L Duratec Timing Belt Change Help!!

About to change my engine mounts and figured it would be a good time to do my timing belt. I have searched and searched but can't seem to find a write up on here for it. Can someone please steer me in the right direction. I also need to know what all I will need to do this, parts wise.

Thank you.

It sounds like my engine is missing or has a small tick. I replaced the spark plugs last night and it helped but i can still hear it a bit. I did notice some oil on the plugs. What could cause this?
