weird noise

hey u just got my 01 focus back from the shop the other day to instal new motor mounts and there is this odd noise comming from the timming belt. it looks like a plastic piece is rubbing up against something. i was wondering if i could bust the plastic off?

if anyone know wth im talking about please help the noise drives me nuts, ill try and post a video soon.

Was it broke prior to the shop doing work?
If not, they broke it and should replace it.

not sure if the noise was there before, i needed new mounts bad my motor was rocking and would rev really bad and stall out at red lights and made hella noise. so idk if the noise was there before i got it fixed...
