Talking

Quick question on the other bolt pattern on these wheelz. Did they come with them or did you have a wheel shop make them for you? It is tempting I have to say. I am looking to get an ORP & other goodies next but this set is making me put that on hold lolz

according to the website they offered these wheels in dual lug patterns so i would assume they came that way. i would be very VERY hesitant to have any shop drill holes in wheels for a different lug pattern. if it is off by even a little it could throw the balance so far out of whack that the wheel would be completely useless. even suggesting that is just crazy talk!

Should have sold them earlier. LOL.

BTW, cars running much better now that it's tuned on E-85. Few bugs still but all in all a very solid car. Thanks again for allowing me the privilege to own it.

The front halves of the wheels themselves were originally drilled for 4x100... The back half of the wheel was multi drilled. There is a ring in between the two halves of the wheel that has multiple bolt patterns. I took measurements and had someone drill the wheels to match the 4x108 of the center ring and back half. So the wheel is still centered and balanced, it just got 4 extra holes drilled in it. Think of it as weight reduction. LoL

I've had these up to 140 mph before with no problems at all.

oh i see. thats very clever actually. so the wheel is made of 2 parts with a plate (ring) sandwiched in between them with different bolt patterns. and you can use that center plate like a template for centering and drilling the new holes. very very clever. i really do feel like a dummy now since i looked at the pics again. you can clearly see 10 holes on the back side of the wheel and only 8 on the front.
