MACH headlights. Adjuster ball popped out of socket.

So , what i can do ? the plastic is fragile and i really dont want to break these.

Which adjuster?

The wingnut one that you have to remove the backing plate to get to?
If so, reach a finger in the housing and you should be able to pull it back slightly. Then wiggle the adjuster in and you should be able to hit the slot for it. Push it down to lock it in place.
If it can't reach, back the adjuster out with a Phillips screwdriver until it can reach.

Yes the adjuster for up and down. ive tried wiggling it back into the hole i dont wanna push it in and break it.

Nope, don't do it that way.

Remove it and back the adjuster out.
1/4 turn to unlock it and it pulls right out.

the whole thing pops out ? i tried twisting it but it wouldnt budge

It's a tight fit. There's a rubber gasket that makes it so.
