As TiPilot suggests, you should take your vehicle to your dealership so they can inspect and diagnose. Additionally, I want to escalate you to your region's Customer Service Manager. They'll coordinate efforts with your dealer and ensure your issue is resolved.

In my books, the SEL is basically a second Titanium without the black headlights. And with the ST coming, they really didn't need this many trims.

It's also just an SE that came with alloy wheels, the convenience/winter packages and the electronic HVAC.

So, that's why I think it would have been good to keep the SE and then leave the option packages as is and keep the Titanium as is. Let people choose if they want all those other things standard on the SEL.

I did see a '12 SEL hatch online the other day, it was black exterior with Camel leather interior. I didn't even know that combo was possible, but I liked it!

The SEL actually offered the smallest profit margin to the manufacturer. The thinking now is why offer so much stuff standard when you can get more profit selling it as an option. Either you get an SE and add a few $1000's in options. Or a TI that has more stuff than many are wiling to pay for, especially now with the ST. In 2014 I'm thinking the Ti will be gone replaced by 2 versions of the SE and the ST will then be available in more trim lines.

I'm having the same issue aswell, but havent brought it up to the dealer, I'm more concerned with the transmission and front end issues I've been having.
