Danville Concours d'Elegance 2012 show pics

Total opposite of yesterday's blue-collar Billetproof show. No tattoos, ducktails, or Bettie Page wanna-bes, but lots of preppies and surgically-enhanced trophy wives. A ridiculous number of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, and vintage Corvettes. Here is a smattering:

Cadillac Eldorado:

Ariel Atom:

Pontiac Bonneville:

Pontiac GTO (original selling price was about $3,900 according to the paperwork under the hood):

Allard (so gorgeous):

Camaro Pace Car:

REO Speedwagon (yeah, I didn't know that was a real thing):

Vintage porthole trailer:

Vespa (and Danville PD Mustang):

Lola:

Alfa Romeo:

Flying B:

The car it was attached to:

March:

One of many, many, Ferraris:

Elva (featured in Viva Las Vegas):

Race-prepped 'Vette:

Mini:

Triumph:

Rolls Royce (the owner was creepily sitting in the back seat):

A row of Lamborghinis:

McLaren MP4-12C:

Wonderful MP4-12C interior:

M3:

Porsche GT3 RS:

No one liked this color (I thought it was awesome):

Another Ferrari:

Alfa Romeo:

Buick:

Aston Martin:

ISO Griffo:

Patriotic Maserati:

Many Alfas:

Many Ferraris:

This Testarossa was originally owned by Sam Walton:

More Ferraris:

Yellow-eyes Lancia:

Jaguar XKR-S:

More Alfa Romeos:

An unusual boat (completely engine-turned finish):

Again:

Aston Martins:

Aston Martin DB5:

Packard:

Land Rover:

More:

Austin-Healey:

Many-signatured Austin-Healey 100:

Jaguar E-type:

Lotus:

Lotus Esprit:

MG TD:

Mustangs:

Cobras and Cobra-like vehicles:

Fisker Karma:

Yeah, I think the band is more famous :P To be fair, I didn't know REO was a car company until I was reading an article about the most famous American car companies that went under...

Awesome pictures man... The gross value of all those cars is probably more than I'd make in 3 lifetimes...

There was a lot of money parked on that street. It's weird to get desensitized to exotic and expensive cars. Oh another Ferrari? Boring!

I didn't get a good picture of it, but the Atom had a hilarious "no vomiting" sticker in the cockpit:

that's awesome. don't get me wrong, all of those cars are amazing, beautiful cars. BUT the atom just seems like it would be the most fun car ever made. it's a full sized go-kart lol
