There is usually around 1,000 cars in attendance at this show, here's a sampling of some of the cars. Random observation: the "Desert Water Bag" was the must-have accessory this year, with Thermador coolers coming in 2nd and some cars had both just for good measure.

I believe the closest place around us would be the Chicago area for a show like this. I remember hearing somethin about it and being mad I couldn't make it.

Yeah I'll tell you though, the half-finished 'Vette was a major draw... I had to wait and wait to get a shot of the car without people in front of it.

That was about 10-15 min from me too. I'll have to check it out next year for sure
