gasket for throttle bracket...maybe??

Hello, I apparently lost some sort of gasket on my throttle cable on my 2001 ZTS. I am looking for a place to start looking for the part number or name to find a replacement for it. I googled it, but without knowing the name of exactly what I'm looking for, it's been pretty fruitless for me. I attached some pics since I am not great at describing it anyway.
On the other hand, not having 100% control of when the car is accelerating makes driving it pretty interesting. It must be what it feels like driving Herbie.
*I'm a total newbie and this is my first post, so please excuse any noob mistakes I'm making here. I at least read the stickies .

that is the throttle cable you probably cant get that without replacing whole cable but you can try using a piece of rubber hose for now
