No. You have a regular integrated keyfob with a metal key used to open and close the door, and to start the car.

Only the Titanium with Intelligent Access can unlock the car with the fob still in your pocket by touching the door handle.

Dark, as we know, only the Ti has the push button start with intelligent access, the SE does not.

Since the OP has an SE SFE this is an open and shut case. The answer would be no.

Not very cost effective, you'd have to get four or five new door handles (the four normal doors + the hatch/ trunk with the sensors in them, plus the additional rf antennae, wiring, and then programming to make it all kind of work. It would likely have been cheaper to just buy the Titanium in order to get this feature if you really wanted it.

Since we've already seen that they want over $1000 for the actual ST spoiler, and over $607 for the active grille shutter hardware if you needed to replace it from fordparts.com

The reason I picked my Ti was because half the shit I thought I could add to my car after the fact would've came in for cheaper by getting the higher trim.

Things like the Nav + backup camera, sensors, PBS and so forth.

Unless you willingly go cheap and decide to add on later knowing full well what the costs would be, I can understand that.

Yeah but look at the OP's "What I Drive". I'd be unsatisfied as well if I was driving a Fucus!
