yea i do i like every other day i dont do the yoga and i dont usually do the cordio x or kempo i sustitute it for a run with the dog and im still in good shape.. i try to do abs every other day i love it tho

I train a 2 split and 3 times a week plus 2 days of cardio/abs no "off" days.
Looks like: Workout 1 CHEST SHOULDERS TRICEPS BACK WIDTH BACK THICKNESS Workout 2 BICEPS FOREARMS CALVES HAMSTRINGS QUADS Usually it's Mon, Wed, and Sat, using rest-pause lifting and extreme stretching.

ive been on the x for 12 weeks an lost 10 lbs!!!,feels great,now im training with a mir weighted vest just to add a twist to the workout.

3 day split 1 day off typical looks like this
Cardio all 3 need to increase this currently though may add a 4 day of all cardio/core 1. Chest tris 2. Back and biceps 3 shoulders legs Recently started foam rolling at home. Swear it's helping me more then anything else at the moment. |

i usually work out about 4-5 times a week.
3x/wk - 5K training (just getting into the running craze finally) and 2x/wk - full body, core focused, functional training with tons of active rest and plyos then the occassional basketball pickup game or racquetball

Chest / Triceps - Day One (Push Exercises) Biceps / Fore Arms / Back - Day Two (Pull Exercises) Running / Abbs / Legs - Day Three (Cardio/Leg Excercises Most of my exercises are only 45 minutes to an hour, but very high intensity. |

I am doing it from 2 years and i skipped it very less i mean i always prefer doing it because i want to stay fit for a long time and i feel myself good in stamina and strength now.Taking the right diet is very much important with that.
