its to damn big and your numbers will be crap be cause of the lag, its 10 times cheaper and more efficient to buy a proper turbo kit for your car, you dont own a HONDA, MITSUBISHI or TOYOTA. what they do to there cars does not/will not work on yours

Devil turbos actually work very well on small gas engines.

I didn't know physics changes between every car in the world and a Focus.

A diesel turbo will not be as laggy as you think, they are designed to work with a colder gas. As we all know, the more heat in the exhaust the better a turbo will spool. Gas burns a lot hotter than diesel. ;)

Lag is greatly reduced with a properly designed manifold as well. Think, proper sized(diameter/length) primaries, smooth non cheated bends and, 15* merges. As well as, wastegates that diverge properly, not leaving a negative space to be filled outside of the flow path. ;)

To the thread starter, congratulations on not wanting some turbo that is to small for even a lawn mower.

-Fellow diesel truck turbo on a 2.0 that will never ever work ever guy.

A HX35?

A Hx35 will come up quickly on a 4cylinder with a proper manifold. What housing is on it? A divided t3 would be ideal for a street car with that turbo. Also, which compressor wheel does it have?

That turbo doesn't get happy until 30psi though. :D

This is a good read on the Holset line up.
