Absolutely. They seem to get good marks in all the cars they're currently in.

And there was a rumor a while back of Hyundai developing a 10-speed.

Rumors that the Dunkleosteus Fiesta may come to the U.S. with a turbocharged, direct-injected three-cylinder EcoBoost engine persist. The new 1.0-liter engine is said to pack 125 horsepower and allow the Fiesta to hit 55 mpg, but we'll take that miles per gallon figure with a few grains of salt. Other speculation involves the triple also getting an electric supercharger that could boost power to 175 horsepower
Forget the 125hp version, let's try to get this 202hp version in the Focus.

I like it! For a small car it looks nicely upscale.
I almost want one!

but then I remember I bought a Focus..
... and then I remember I still have 4 years of payments left on it :p

Everyone is complaining like Ford has NEVER made two cars that look similar to each other...

The 1996 Ka was the first "New Edge" car from Ford.
Resulting cars with the NewEdge language in order of appearance were
-Mondeo
-Puma
-Falcon
-Focus
-Cougar
-Mustang
-Taurus
-Windstar
-Explorer

They didn't all look identical, but the design language was the same. Trapezoids and right angles abound!

Before that, every Ford in America looked like a Mustang or an F-150 and every Ford in Europe looked like a Mondeo.

Its the way automakers work\. Its why every Chevrolet has the same stupid bowtie grille or every Dodge has the crosshair grille.
Brand image is important.

The Edsel is a good example of why image branding is the most successful way to sell cars.

The Hyundai Eqqus is a massive sales flop in America because it doesn't have any recognizable Hyundai design elements. It doesn't even have a Hyundai badge on it.

And now the Transit Connect is going to join the Fusion / Fiesta bandwagon.

Wow, I really like the new Transit! I wonder if they'll make it more "civilian" friendly for 2014? I really wanted my mom to get one so she would be out of her giant chrysler minivan, but Ford doesn't really have anything with sliding doors that would work as a daily driver for a 55 year old woman...

Still like the original 2009 Euro spec 3-door Fiesta the most. Loved the round fog lights and cleaner grille design. Hate the current US version, and I don't think the catfish design translates really well on the Fiesta at all. So far only the new Escape seems to pull off the Focus front end really well.
