got a question in regards to ebay

so i found these,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/17-XXR-WHEEL...ht_3978wt_1344

and i really like them but am unsure because when i go to select the vehicle type and all that nice jazz, it says that the zx3 focus it will not fit, WHY?

can someone check out the link and get back to me on this, i have a guy waiting to buy the current wheels i have now and i would then need replacements fast with the money for these, tanks

In short, those rims should fit fine. Don't go by eBay's fitment help, they're always wrong.

thats what i thought but wasnt sure, does anyone else have any input, like good deal, nice wheels, idk lol. they are going on a silver zx3 if that helps, so far my theme on the outside of the car is silver and black so i think these will work. does anyone know if i will have rubbing issues if i put a size 205/40/17 with the offset. i just really dont know all that much about offset, someone wanna school me lol

I like the wheels and should look great with the silver!

The lower the offset, the more the rim sticks out. Lower number=wheel sticks out more. The wheels you want should be within the 38-49 offset range. You should not rub, especially with a 205 width. Good luck!

To keep your overall tire diameter the same, you may want to go with a 215/45 or 205/45, not a 40 series tire. Unless you are looking for a shorter sidewall.

A 16" will fit over the brakes in most cases however a +18 offset is extremely aggressive.
