And I guess that if you have waxed it every month then it will go on and come off easier as well. Have you done blue back lighting to your gages yet?

Yea it's not to bad once you maintain the first coat.

Blue gauge? I am/did make them look like the green SVT factory ones. I have blue accent lighting in the footwells.

No, I meant your actual gauge cluster. You can convert the back lighting to what ever colour you want if you have the patience. Would you be able to get more pictures of your blue valve cover? I was thinking of painting mine an want to see how it came out.

Oh ok. I am gonna leave it green. I think you basically have to change the bulbs to whatever color you want.

Sure. I'll have to dig up some.

So the color turned out totally different than I wanted. Way to dull and to much purple once it dried. I am actually going to paint it gunmetal the next time it's off. The blue just isn't working out to what I want.

Currently how it sits. Except the intake is polished and not red.

I wanted it to look like this.

I changed my mind and wanna do this. It will look much more subdued and will look good with the polished intake.

Thanks.

It's parked right now till I can fix the power steering. Ugh. Hopefully this weekend.

I need to work on my voltage gauge. Still to bright at night. I must look like the hulk or like I'm radioactive cause the green glow is pretty bright on my face. Lol
:)

Think that's all for now.

So still having PS problems. I gave up and took it to my shop.

Meanwhile I bought a Yakima roof rack today from sjdwales. Can't wait to get that installed.

I ordered a vacuum gauge which will be installed once I get the car back.

That's all for now.

Re-designed the vacuum gauge face tonight. Turned out just as good as the voltage one. Can't wait to get it installed.

Hoping I get the car back Thursday and going to Woodward Friday after work.

What paint did you use on the valve cover? I used the duplicolor metalcast to spray mine
