Most Reliable Manual

I would love to see what everyone says the most reliable is. I love my SVT but am thinking of getting something a little more fuel efficient. After stating the year please go on to explain why.

How many miles do you have on it now? I've been eying a 2004 zts 2.3 with 136000 for a while now.

Only 3 manual transmissions, and you have 1 of them. Other 2 are the MTX-75 and the IB5 in the SPI.

My 5spd '13 gets around 33mpg. Not the fastest, but it's fun! Proven transmission as well.

^id argue duratec. Early model zetec's have their share of problems. the duratec engines are all pretty good.
