Making my own mesh grill

So I decided to make a mesh grill
Here's what I've done so far

Bought some black plastic gutter guard for ace hardware


Gutted the grill


Pulled off the turn signals
Debating on of I'm going to make have signals or not



Dremel The inside of the grill

Here's after


Fitted the mesh but haven't finished glueing it in
After I finish up the upper and then I'm going to do the lower

wow. i did this exact same thing. the mesh is really hard to fit perfectly in the grill.

you make it sound like you "molded" it really easily. i spend probably 2 hours on just the mesh and still haven't gotten it perfect.

If you can get it molded and get it to stay it will look great, I helped a buddy do his and it took us hours to get it perfect, good luck!

Mines plastic not metal so mine is easier to work with
Haven't worked on it in a couple days but I'm going to try to have I finished by the end of the week

i'll have to check out the plastic mesh. how did you measure it? what i did with mine was basically cut, test fit, cut, and so on.

I just layed on the grill and cut it bigger and just trim it as I go
