Thumbs down kent cams -- DONT GET BURNED BY THIS ON EBAY

here is a listing for a set of kent cams on ebay right now. I was about to list the set of these I have and I came across this set and had to post this warning to anyone who may be considering these

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zetec-Kent-C...7c18fe&vxp=mtr

this person posted a picture of the cams outside of the box and this is what they look like

kent cams are adjustable and are either blue or red

You should report the item on eBay.

If you look at the item discretion you can tell that the seller has no idea what they are. He states that he bought the car and these came extra.

Contact him and let him know that those are the stock timing gears. I would imagine that the actual Kent gears are more than likely installed on his engine.

He also states that the previous owner told him that they were new... This guy is very gullible and hopping someone else is as well. Anyone can clearly tell that they are used and defiantly not alloy in the pictures he posted.

They definitely do not look like this;

I contacted the seller already about this, let's see if they actually do something about it. I will post update if they respond to me.

If the seller is lucky, the kent cam gears are on the car. If not, maybe the PO of his focus got burned by buying these like this :lol:

I sent him a message through eBay as well. Just to let him know that they are used OEM cam gears. He never got back to me ether.

At least he took listing down.
