i think I've seen you, did you take the black bra off the front of your car and get a small MK1 decal on the front bumper? if not.. there is another silver 4 door hatchback like yours with very similar headlights. i almost got a set like that but i got the Spec d racing projector headlights. i think that's what there called anyway. i'm living in pueblo right now but i work for Budweiser in the springs. ill be moving up soon and i'm going to start ripping my car apart and set it up for racing. still cant believe there are no race tracks in Colorado springs..

Man! that is a big change! my front bumper (yellow) has about a 3 inch flake of paint missing where you just see grey primer. i hate it. but i dont think i can sand it down and repaint it well enough to look good. so im leaving it alone. . wife drove into a trucks hitch when parking it

heres mine (pictures before wife drove into hitch)

yes i did! went to my dads place since he has a shop with an arrey of heat guns and other helpful tools. i got the car cheap due to the black paint oxidizing. (picture below of that too) but since i bought it to turn into a kit car like the one in my display picture. i don't really care about the condition of the body. ill be gutting it out in a year hopefully. but i will be driving it as is on occasions. and the vinal was only around 90-110$ i cant remember now. got it a few months back online.

and i'm in town everyday! but i don't drive the focus to work. i'm trying to keep miles off the engine as ill be racing it. don't want to race at tracks with a high mileage motor. its got almost 80,000 right now. ill rebuild the motor when needed. but i don't want to do that anytime soon.

I remember seeing your build, I gotta go look at it again. When you gut it, can I buy the seats and brakes?

i might be getting a third car soon. if i do, ill be gutting the focus out and making it a track car just to start getting affiliated with the local tracks. which there are not alot of.. but any way ill have it for a while. but eventually i will be pulling the engine and transmission out and telling the yellow body good bye :(

and yes, i can sell the brakes off when i get the kit ill be getting a new set of brakes. however the guy before me or him took the good seats out and put regular focus seats in it. which i used that to knock the price down too! i am getting new seats so i wasent worried about that either. the guy wanted $4,000 for it. which wasent bad. for an SVT which is still worth up to $5,000 according to KBB.com here

but i still knocked all i could off the price lol i got it for a little over 3,000 with no worries about the normal seats and missing spare tire and jack.

it has everything els though if there is anything els you want out of it. it has the audiophile 6CD player and the factory sub in the trunk which im pretty happy with. but ill be pulling all that out eventully.

Oh, I see lol. Then I only need the brakes. Once I get the brakes and find some SVT seats, I will have every SVT part possible to put on the regular Focus.

Josh AKA pitchblack02SVT I am sure would be interested in your front bumper.
