PCV issues

Does anyone know what the stamped metal "manifold" is called on the front of the SVTengine that the PCV valve goes into? Mine is rusted bad and is leaking oil onto the exhaust. I need a part# or a good part so I can replace it.
Thanks!!

Its the PCV breather , not 100% use of the Ford name for it , It is the same on all Zetec engines from 2000 to 2004 ZX3 / SVT are the same , you should be able to find a used one on here for 10-20.00

Oil separator is another name for it. I'm pretty sure my local dealer tried to sell me one when I just wanted the PCV grommet. It was $25 if I remember.

$294... My dealer didn't know what they were looking at on the computer. They couldn't find the grommet so I just ordered it from Tousley.

That's the gasket for the oil to water heat exchanger that is between the oil filter and the block I believe.
