Do they sit flush on the panel ? because I can see light coming from under them.

The left and right are decently flush. the center isn't as much because the hole is different a little and it's as flush. Still not bad.

It all depends...some are way faster, some are slower...my mazda ones from the same seller got here like 5 days faster. It's all relative how long it takes. Expect 2 weeks though!

Yah they put that so you don't go bitching when you don't get them sooner. It all depends on the time of year and how they optimize their shipping at that time. My LED's came in less than a week one time I ordered them and another time was a week and a half. Oh well. I don't care how long it takes for them to get here. I just want them haha.

Haha, yeah man. A few times ordering things I've waited for 4+ weeks from China and from Germany!

Others less than 2 weeks. Meh. A couple times it was like 5-7 days which was awesome!

Mine arrived in about a week! I was shocked.

Did I miss the part about the center dial not able to be pushed in very far? Mine kinda sticks out and got lose, I just pushed it back in. But I'd like to recess it a bit more. Thought about sanding or dremeling down the backside of the dial. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You could do that, on the dial itself.

The reason is the hole in the center is smaller, yet the switches are the same size. On the stock ones, the center knob is slightly smaller on the inside. Don't ask me why Ford didn't make the knobs all the same, nor the Chinese place for making them all the same when they aren't...prolly to make it cheaper AND for lack of R&D. lol.
