zx3 cat back exhaust fit se with some modification?
I want to buy a obx cat back exhaust for my se focus. But the exhaust system is made for a zx3 which is shorter. Could I cut after the cat and weld a extra piping and would it fit? Or am I looking at more modification to the exhaust then im think?

No personal experience with this but IIRC the sedan was about 6 inches longer. The extension would have to be where I circled since the everything before that is the same as a ZX3. Not sure where the rear hanger is on the sedans but you might have to move that as well.
 It does look like that section sits straight under the subframe and seems very doable.

Yes. It will work.
Make sure to buy a stainless pipe to extend it.

Oh ok! I thought it would go over the sub frame. Well then this might be easier then I thought. Maybe cut and weld a piece after the sub frame? well since it dosent go over the sub frame its gonna save me some work.

Or the sedan model will just look stupid and have a super short deck lid.   The only difference is from the rear suspension and back. Everything rear suspension forward is exactly the same.

I have a zx3 flex-back on my SE. It fits like a glove, but I have to lengthen it about 4 inches. For now I just made my own mount. SEDAN FTW!
