No but it does shit at very low rpm's therefore may sound like crap on city roads while cruising.
I know there's always sport mode to fix that buy honestly I don't use it often so I can get better fuel mileage

Exhaust installed and its a nice sound to hear. I forgot to hand over them the clamps in between the pipes and they welded it. Is there might be a problem if it is welded than use the clamp provided?

Only if they used the wrong welding material. In other words, if they used material for carbon steel, you're looking at future corrosion. Other than that, it doesn't matter.
