Thanks for the positive comments, guys.
I would say that it probably is PZEV--6/12/12 build date, North East US delivery. Magnaflow is aparently set-up for PZEV; measurement for cutting was based on the 2nd cat and is spot-on. Install on a non-PZEV would take some figuring as there is no pre-determined location to measure from.
Video not possible due to my meager technical tools and skills.
I think I'm going to spray the rest of the pipes welded to the muffler with the flat black BBQ paint to help hide them better. I might also tape-off the tips and shoot a blast of paint inside of them.
I would have to say that sound-wise, it probably sounds most like a Subi Boxer--fairly deep, mellow tone, and not at all obnoxious. We'll have to see how much the sound changes once everything gets "burned in".

OMG that really does actually sound incredible!. I literally had 0 exhausts in mind for the Focus because so far everything I heard sounded like like some Honda Civic gutted Rice Box to me. BuuuuuuuuuuWahhhhhhhhh!. Ughh.

I will definitely be putting this one on my wish list!. Is it worth any HP as well?

Hard to say about HP gains. Butt Dyno says yes, but most BD's are unreliable.

Is there any chance of you posting up a couple of sound clips? I'm just wondering how close they'd sound to the ones on Magnaflow's website. Thanks!!

Ive got mined installed earlier this week. Whole catback exhaust from Magnaflow. It sure gives my 2012 focus a good pull. I asked Magnaflow whats the HP increase on this. They said between 9-15hp. It got a nice purr low growl not too ricey or raspy. I can enjoy listening to music as well! Its well worth it. Paid $470 brand new for the whole kit. Big savings.

Had it installed by muffler shop. Took them only 40 mins for $60.
