Smile Help!

Hi there guys on my focus my blower control(1,2,3,4) number 1 & 2 dont work but 3 & 4 do this has only happened recently.
Is there anything i can do to fix this

all help is greatly appreciated

There is a resistor behind the glovebox. That's usually the problem. On the US models, it usually blue. Don't know what yours would be.

thanks mine is uk version? suppose it would be in the same area what have i got to do to it?

It has to be replaced. Unplug the harness and remove two screws. It's a common issue. You'll have to check your local area for a new one. We have easy access in our parts stores.

i looked and i couldnt see a blue connector i can see there are 2 holes for screws but nothing attatched? it makes no sence to me
