On the struts, at the top. On the shocks a little knob on the side torwards the bottom.

Have they changed the design on the shocks? I have the yellow's and its on the top for both strut and shocks.

I bought the new SVT springs and factory struts to replace the factory set on my '03 SVTF. It was an improvement. I didn't even put 1,000 miles on and decided to get Koni adjustables (yellow). I did not want to lower the car because I didn't want the harsher ride and scrapping. I think it was a good move & I'm real happy with the ride and handling. I typically run the adjustments in the middle. I have Michelin 225x45x17 on EAP rims.
