sorry but im not sure what my JRSC would be good for on the SVT. the SVT JRSC is slightly bigger and is capable of a little more boost than mine tho.
actually that doesnt make sense... first i dont understand what you mean by "max the boost system out" because the supercharger is maxxed out with the smaller snout pulley. it is going to make as much boost as it can and the longevity of the supercharger is still there. GMC uses a VERY similar supercharger design in a great many of their supercharged 3.8L v6 cars. i have one of these cars with over 130k miles on it and it still runs like a champ. the supercharger has never been rebuilt and it makes 13lbs of boost still with no leaks. apples and oranges tho so moving on. you dont "spool" a supercharger. that is a turbo you are thinking of. the amount of boost this supercharger puts out is based on engine rpm. more rpm=more boost. the s/c is connected to the engine by the serpentine belt. the s/c spins to make boost and the engine spins which spins the crank pulley which pulls the serpentine belt which is attached to the snout pulley on the s/c which in turn spins the s/c. the faster the engine spins the faster the s/c spins. the faster the s/c spins the more boost it makes. this is why putting a smaller snout pulley on a s/c is a big power upgrade because the s/c spins more per revolution of the engine. just wanted to clarify all of that.

dammit, my reference where to turbochargers, ... my bad, I should have stated Turbo...
doesn't change the fact that I still want this superchargess tho Nonetheless I am tempted to pay moniez for supercharger but ... cant at this time. BUMP for sum boost!!! |

ok then well here's the deal. time is running out. all you guys that are interested have until the end of the day tomorrow or until i wake up on monday afternoon before going to work if you're feeling lucky. if you want this supercharger you have to pay the whole $1200 by then or it is getting sold in payments to ice frogg starting monday. just remember though. im not giving my paypal info until i confirm someone is going to buy it. so you need to be awake and at your computer around about 5pm-8pm to respond to me and send payment if you want to wait that long. just saying
