Good comparo pics, but that is the 7 passenger Grand C-Max not offered in North America.

Pictures of the cargo area of the C-Max posted by GhiaFan are very helpful. Cargo space is important to us. Does anyone know the dimensions of this space? Width between the netted area and length from end of the trunk to the folded seat?

Its 24.5 cu ft. I don't know of anyone that has measured it yet. The dealership I go to has training on C-Max this week or next week. I'll bring a tape measure when I go over there.

Much appreciated! To be clear, the length measurement needed is from the end of the trunk to to back of the front seat. Thanks again.

47mpg sounds pretty good to me!!! I'd have to see one in person though, its hard to get a sense of the proportions in the photos.

Anyway, I think tastes vary but yours must vary by quite a lot because I think the C-Max Hybrid looks pretty good in addition to having a good amount of interior room and stellar fuel economy.

I can understand why some people don't like the look - the silver one with the sliver grille looks like a squashed-up focus reject that the current prius looks better than. However, the red one with the black grille and fewer-spoked rims looks pretty fantastic.

Unfortunately, it looks like the one the US is getting is the silver-grilled one
