Splash Guards?

Wow, either some of you are ridiculously picky, or you just got some crappy sets of mud flaps. Mine fit great, as do the set I put on my mom's car. No issues whatsoever, and I thought I was fairly anal retentive about my car.

The fronts fit ok but the rears gapped away from the body up to 1/8 of an inch. Im pretty sure it was a crappy set also the hardware they sent the heads of the screws were covered in rust within a week or tow and looked horrible. Im thinking there maybe several factories producing the same part and some are better than others.


Bacon do you have the sellers name off of ebay ill give it another shot to see if it was just a fluke deal.

I've been thinking about these ones. Not sure yet though. I don't like molded ones because they do some damage to the body. But sometimes these ones can look tacky.

My rear set had that little gap too. It was easy to fix though. I just dremeled out the mounting hole on the flaps so that I could adjust the position of the flaps better. Once I positioned them nice and tight against the body I tightened the mounting screws and they look OEM.

This last weekend I put some OEM splash guards on my car. Pretty simple install, but it is definitely required to take off the rear wheels in order to get the rear splash guards mounted. When the wheels were off it took mere minutes to install.

you could always do some clear plastidip on the paint. I kinda want the splash guards. I would likely go oem as my dad could probably get me a deal on them.
