AJ had flashes of potential while still at Petty, but outside of Nationwide, Hornish hasn't been more that a mid pack driver who also happened to crash a lot.

^^ No not at all. Especially when there is only one team running the motors and chassis out of the entire field. Dodge started going down after Evernham left.

But it's still a bit of a bummer to loose one of the brands. I'm not a Dodge fan, but I hope Nascar never goes the way of WRC were it's just two competing brands. There's no fun in that.

Thats no good ^^^^ It'd be great if Penske built motors for other people, like say RPM since they don't do their own motors. Or if Dodge could pick up the slack.

No they will probably down size the motors to turbo v6's in the future so they can incorperate Nissan, Honda and Hyundai. I hope they don't but they way everything is going, who knows. Just like Formula One and Indycar when they downsized the motors. I dont think it will be better racing, might even be a downfall acually.

Whats up w/ that? ^^^^ This is nascar your talking about. If they want to play, then they'll have to bring v/8's. I w/ lots of fans can't see nothing but v/8's for nascar. Look at the Assie Super cars, Can you see them w/ v/6 turbo's? Same thing.

Problem is that Honda, and Hyundai dont make a production v8 or have a v8 block setup. I'm not saying its what they will do, I was just making a educated guess. Who knows with everyone going green or suppose to be.
