You would have to disable the sensors that detect the seat air bags.

I'm unaware of of any specific fitment brackets.

Your only safe option that keeps all the airbag functionality intact is the Ford Racing Recaro seats, but those aren't as inexpensive as the Sparco ones you were looking for.

Of course doing things improperly may (more than likely will) disable your entire airbag system due to a lack of feedback from the seats.

A code being thrown for the SRS system tends to disable it

So if I install these seats I'll have the check engine light on forever and ever?

It wouldn't be a check engine light, it would be an SRS (airbag module) failure light, and the only way to get around it would be to wire in a bypass using the proper signal or resistance to the computer to tell it that the system is functional. Get it wrong and you could set the remaining airbags off or ensure they never deploy properly.

In some cars, you use a 3.3 ohm resistor to put into the airbag sensor connector to trick the system. I can not verify this for Ford. For the passenger seat, you'd need to wire in the bladder (detects passenger >15lbs).

However, if you're in an accident with injury to yourself or passenger, have fun dealing with the insurance company paying out.
