How many songs you do have on your PC?

I meticulously add each song to my iTunes collection making sure that the Genre, album art, artist, etc is correctly tagged into each mp3, also I make sure there are no dupes, unless the same song is also on a different album.

Right now I am up to 47,541 songs, 129.6 days, 253.20GB

Obviously I can't screen cap them all, but this is how the top half of my iTunes looks like

I have just over 9,200 actual files on my PC. I also have a monthly Zune pass for my Windows Phone which is unlimited songs for $10/mo. I don't really think of those few songs as "mine".

This doesn't account for the cassettes, CDs and vinyl records that I have.

Actually on my PC I've got about the same. Close to 40GB.

I have zero music files on my computer. Keeps my computer running when I know it wants to die. On the external hard drive, however, I have over 10,000 tracks. And a back up on another external hard drive. As well as a ton of USB drives full of music. As well as some music backed up on the GoogleMusic application.

I have over 2500 actual CDs and records but over 35,000 files on my hard drive since I snag alot of music I generally wouldn't buy from friends and I never miss an opportunity to do so. I have a frend who still buys 20+ CDs a month so he helps keep my collection growing.

Never asked how many albums that you physically have. I have a lot too, but we live in a digital age and all of our actual albums will soon be useless. I also like the fact that I can sync whatever I want in a few minutes. Wake up and get digital...

Yes they do! But when you are driving along, what are you going to pull out? Record player, sounds good, has 12 songs. cellphone(which everyone has) thousands of songs okay quality, ability to change to whatever the hell you want.

Next time I will take a pic of what I actually own, maybe you guys would like that.(even though I don't have a record player in my car )lol
