The turbo should also work just fine on a Zetec project. I recently upgraded turbos for a future high-boost build so I'm selling my previous turbo. This was a fantastic turbo. The boost comes on fast and has great mid-range power. The peak power is around 5500 rpm and best shift point at the track is around 6000 rpm. This turbo should make around 230whp at 11psi on a 2.0 liter. Before the 16T upgrade it made 205whp at 10psi. 26K miles on the turbo since I have owned/rebuilt it. I have 2 extra turbine housings I can include for free plus additional shipping. I have ported-matched the inlet of the turbine housing to a standard T3 gasket. BTW, the black rtv will scrape right off. Sorry I didn't clean it up prior to photos. Does not include an oil drain. I think a garrett gt drain should work. I rebuilt this turbo on 1/15/2008 with bronze bearings prior to installing it. On 6/10/10 I sent the turbo off to be machined for a 16T compressor wheel upgrade. This took the potential CFM from 350 to 440. I did not modify the turbine side so there is room for improvement there. At 11psi my zx5 ran 13.63 @ 103mph. Since the rebuild the turbo has only seen 5w30 full synthetic oil, changed every 3K miles. The turbo includes a .065" oil restrictor (required) and a 3AN oil feed fitting. I also made a turnbuckle wastegate actuator to make it easier to adjust the boost. I can also include some 1/4" NPT water line fittings. Also includes one stock ambient inlet. There is zero shaft play. I have not used the top-mount manifold. The IHI will fit with the top-mount but the GT2871r will not, so I was not able to use it. The manifold includes no hardware but I can include some gaskets upon request. The rusty spots are purely surface and will wipe right off. I opened up the bolt holes sightly for a better fit. I would consider a partial trade for some 15" 4x108 drag wheels, forged D20 rods, LSD, cams, decent seats or clutch/flywheel combo.

I am also including the downpipe flange, which currently has an elbow welded specifically for my previous bottom-mount application. The buyer will likely have to cut off the elbow and just use the flange for their own setup.

I also have a larger ambient inlet that I can weld a 2.5" pipe to for a more universal fit, which I used on my build.

I will separate the turbo and manifold if anyone is concerned about that. The turbo can flow more than I pushed it. There are Thunderbird owners who push it to 20psi. It's a definite torque monster.
