No. I was hoping it was something cheaper:) Haven't had the chance to get the switch yet. Are parts so cheaply made these days that they just don't last like they should??

Did you check the relay under the hood? I think the highbeam has its own relay IIRC.

I found the diagrams that I was looking for. In my owner's manual, it says the R5 relay is for the high beams/fog lights. My fog lights work, so does that mean the relay is still good?
And if the relay is still good, does this mean I need to replace the headlight switch along with the turn signal switch??

HELP! OK, sooo I bought a new turn signal switch. NOT the issue. It did the same thing with the new one, low beams but NO high beams when I went to try it. What is my next step? I am getting really frustrated.

One relay for highs and fogs doesn't sound quite right, I don't think they can operate independently like that. I tried a quick search for what I think is 05 fuse box and it shows separate relays. Double check that you found the right relay and swap it for one that you know works, like the fog relay.
