buy the 3m restoration kit. my headlights looked just as bad if not worse and it made a world of a difference.

Nice SVT! It'll be back to perfect in no time.

I g hate that rattling cat shield too, i have tried everything to fix it. I think wrapping it is the ultimate way to stop metal on metal annoyance.

Wrap the header.
3M headlight kit is the best IMHO
