Unhappy 03 spi running rough

Hi,
New to this forum, I just recently picked up this 03 focus. it need some work now that it is put back together and the new pcm replaced and keys programed. It is running rough no codes in the computer but when i do a cylinder balance test I find that it seems that cylinders 1,2 are not firing. when i pull cylinders 3 or 4 engine stalls. ohmed all of the injectors and found that they all seem to have the same resistance. cylinders 1, 2 is getting spark and the injector are being told to fire. I am stuck any help would be appreciated

thank You
