01 zx3 needs work

I have a zx3 with a clean title and 123,000 miles for trade or sale. it has a new fuel filter, new denso iridium spark plugs, new hoses two are blue silicone obx r hoses with lifetime warranty, new battery and alternator, new timing belt and accessory belt, new radiator fan, new thermostat housing and thermostat, new clutch and resurfaced flywheel can provide receipts to show new, new cv axles have receipts also. It wont start, i believe its a fuel system issue probably the fuel pump.

jba shorty header ca smog legal

aem cold air intake

painted contour zeetec valve cover

greddy ti-c muffler

8000k hid headlights

halo yellow foglights with lamin x yellow film

as well as other engine dress up and sparco floor mats and a shorty antenna in blue
