Question about a 2013 Focus order

Hey guys!

I am new here and trying to get some answers on my concerns because the dealership is not being very helpful.

I ordered a 2013 Focus Titanium on June 4th, got the VIN soon after but I am not getting any status updates other than "hopefully it will get here by the end of July". From what I understand from browsing the forums is that they should be able to get me all kinds of detailed tracking, if they choose to that is. But I am 7 weeks into my order and I still can't get a sticker online, says "unavailable". Is there any way to get more info somewhere? Is there really a chance I will get this in a week if it may not even be built yet?

Thanks for any help! This is my first time ordering a car so I am unsure what to expect. I was told originally this is "6 to 8 weeks", like everyone else it seems. :)

As fas as I understand 2013 Focus assembly does not begin until July 23. Not sure how your dealership has a VIN number already.
Post your the VIN number I can check if the VIN is vaild

Exactly we won't see production til this week so they probably don't know the production schedule.

Ghia will help out, I can't track other orders.

Your VIN is valid, but as I said 2013 are not being built yet.

You can ask the Ford Customer Service person whom monitors this forum, his name is Thomas , link to send him a private message http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/p...=newpm&u=79824

He can track your new Focus for you

Good deal, hey thanks again. :) Even just knowing this gives me some peace of mind because it's more info than the dealer told me.
