it has the non BBK pulley now. Non bbk psi was 5-6 psi.

For BBK application yes you need a belt....for non BBk there is a belt included.

Could I just bolt this right on or do I need engine rebuild first??????? I have 110'000 on. Motor...... Trans rebuilt a few days ago with new clutch........... I just don't want to ruin anything......... What was hp out of this 200-205??????

This kit does not produce insane amount of power so you'll be ok. You can even run the stock clutch with the bbk kit.

100% complete ready to bolt up. Without BBK you don't need a tune. With BBK you would need a tune.
