Mars Red Thread

I have a new favorite color. Saw this wagon in Copenhagen last week in Mars Red. What a fabulous orangeish-bronze metallic. That might very well have been my first choice if offered in the states.

I like it! It's not my favorite (cd silver is the best of course) but it's nice!

Isn't Mars red very similar to Race red? Or is that just my imagination?

^ Looks much more orange than Race Red IMO. Pretty nice color, I bet the hatches would look great in it. INcidentally, Mercedes-Benz uses a color called "Mars Red," but it doesn't really look anything like this. More of a pure non-metallic red.

I wish Ford made this available in the USA. A wagon would be perfect for hauling big dogs.

I saw one of the wagons in that exact color when I was in Germany. I love the look of the wagon and that color. I probably would have gone that route if we had the choice. Especially if it was offered with the diesel it was rocking.

Those look quite similar under the condition of bright sun. Albeit not 100% identical.
