Prior usage bias in play. LONG time ago, 'plastidip' was something you put on a tool handle to make the tool unusable. Apparently, they have improved it. I will check it out. Thanks!!!

P.S. I assume you brush it on. How thin is it? If I used on 1/8" wire mesh, would it want to clump or bridge?

Yes very durable. Wheels take a lot of abuse, mine have been done for 3 months, 60 miles driving a day and not a scratch or chip.
