Right had stalk function

On my 07 SE Sedan the right hand stalk which controls the wipers and windshield fluid via up and downward motion also has a two position forward and back switch which I have yet to find any function it controls. Anyone with a higher model know what the function of pulling or pushing the right stalk serves?

I know one of the directions turns on the rear wiper if you have a hatchback. So it does nothing in the sedan.

pulling the switch towards me once clicks on the rear wiper (one speed only) and then pulling further sprays the washer fluid.

so on your sedan, it will do nothing. im just going to assume you or the previous owner swapped in a wiper stalk from a zx3 (probably to add the intermittent option for the front windshield)

Well I know my focus got an entirely new dash at one point in its life, that must be where it came from. Now that I know it serves no function in my car I will try to make it do something fun like adding wags to my light bar or something.

Thanks guys

By the way Teknique, check out Focus Xtreme on here which is a group that is for people that live around the Louisville area. I have met most of the people there and they are a great bunch. You can either look for Focus Xtreme in the Ford Focus Owner's Club section or you can just click this link >>Click here<<

Just pop in there and introduce yourself to everyone.
