2012 wiring harness
I read in the metra kit thread that XSVI-5524-NAV was the harness we need for the 2012. I want to confirm before shelling out money for that, the head unit and the dash kit that the harness will indeed work. I have the base model S wih 4 speaker non sony. I spoke with a rep at sonicelectronix who said that he spoke with a metra tech who said there is no harness for the 2012 focus. Anyone know if this works?

I just ordered the same part but through http://www.installer.com. They looked this up for me , and said it is supposed to work on the 2012 focus even thought it's listed for the 2011 and up fiesta. I will not be trying an install tilll next weekend so I can't tell you if it works yet.

Well, before i order all that stuff i will wait to see how it goe.s for you. All my speakers and amps are on the way but im waiting to see if i can do the head unit/dash kit or if i should put that money into an lc6i or something. I would prefer the head unit for bluetooth and 4v pre amp outputs.
