all u need is: spring rate, spring length and spring diameter. use your current springs for reference. the interwebz can help with the search for a company to make them

You'll also need shorter shocks as well and your chances of finding some will be difficult. Once you go that low there's a reason why adjustable coilovers become the tool to do so.
