Newbie question

I apologize in advance if this was answered somewhere already. I looked and didnt seem to find an answer. I am really new and would like to see if I could pick your brains on this.

I have a 05 ZX3 type S, tach less :( but I was looking at gauge clusters that had tachs in them that I was just going to swap out with my old one. My question is the part number. I think I have found one that will work on my car but I wanted to make sure it was the right one before I bought it. The part number on it is ID 4S4T-10849-BC thru BJ. At least I believe it is. I saw on the page two different cluster gauges with part numbers # 4S4T10849BH and # 4S4T10849BJ.

Would either one work in my car? Thank you very much for any help. BTW I love the community here!!

I dont know part numbers, but any gauge set out of a 05-07 focus should be plug and play for you.

also a little fyi about swaping clusters. The mileage stays with the cluster, so if your looking for a used one, however many miles the previous driver put on that car is what the cluster will read. Try to find one close to your current mileage if possible. Some have had luck with dealers reprograming the cluster with your current mileage, and some have not. Good luck!

Thanks SkyPilot, yea I believe I read that as well. What I am wondering is why would I need to get one with mileage close to mine now? Is it only if I plan on selling the car eventually? I actually went to a dealership a week ago to ask about purchasing a cluster and if I got one myself would they reprogram it. The answer was both no sadly, although probably a good thing seeing as they would probably charge an arm and a leg if I bought one/reprogram one through them.
