yeah, i don't blame you. i didn't even want to open my factory headlights lol, so props for pulling it off in general.
your HIDs look sick btw, plus the black housing + euro grille makes your car look even more mean from the front

I love the front end now. Love it. That's why I changed my avatar pic. And now when I park it, I just about walk backwards away from it lol.

Could you see my HID's in your rearview mirror at any time? How'd it look? I might have to try to color match the fogs to the HID's somehow now too ha..

Idk what they are, they're the stock bulbs. I'm sure the info is floating around here somewhere.

Yep the HID's use ballasts and (I found the info) are Phillips D2S bulbs at 4100k for color. The high beams are regular halogen lights, I bought these ones from Amazon because they have a white-ish light, to somewhat match the HID's, hence the blue tip (and the tip looks badass!) By the way, when the high beams come on, the HID's stay on, and it is hella bright. I can see everything. For like an 1/4 mile. It's awesome.

yes the machs have ballasts. they are mounted to the bottom of the light.

the machs look good man. id suggest puttin some kind of protectant on them or, in time they will yellow up. a lil trick i found on here is to use 50/50 spar urethane and mineral spirits and wipe it on the lights.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try. One of the restoration kits I used came with a protectant, it seemed like it was very similar to Rain-X.
